Clear sky again tonight.  Looking up in the southeastern sky, I can see the constellation Andromeda...







the smudge of light near the center is the Andromeda Galaxy, 2,480,000 light-years away...

But the snow doesn't melt until, say, May or June. So I hold onto my crankiness.

Kathy, at least you didn't get 6 feet of snow like Buffalo did.  You'd have snow around till October of next year.  Maybe even November, you living up there near the Arctic Circle
