Which Let It Be album's song versions is better
« on: September 23, 2005, 12:19:12 AM »

which Let It Be album variation did better with the songs? I think that Naked songs are better cause its the pure, unaltered...naked versions. especially Two of Us and Across the Universe.

There was the 7" version as well - different guitar solo, less strings and different vocals towards the final quarter of the song. I think that is actually my favourite :)

Let It Be Naked does the best, even the sound quality is the best, especially in Get Back.

And I like the Don't Let Me Down on the Naked version. So that's really the rooftop version?

But I wish it had the Anthology version of Let It Be...

I prefer 'Let It Be' on the original Let it Be album. The others are nothing without that rocking guitar solo. Catches my attention everytime.

That makes me wonder.
How many versions of LIB are in the world? or better how many diferent guitar solos of LIB exist?  :-/
I like the single version, listening to it at the loudest level with the two guitar solos (the prominent one and the one in the LP) played at unison.

I voted for the original Let It Be because it's a great classic rock album in its own right but the Get Back bootleg album which is the original original is just as great.
