Hi, all. I’ll be visiting New York City this spring and, since I’m a Beatles fan, wanted to make sure I know of the major John Lennon-related places to see. I know about Strawberry Fields Memorial. Are there other places of interest? Was wondering if there is any kind of marker at the place where John was actually shot. I won’t have a lot of time while there, but want to know about the important sites. Thanks.

There's no actual marked spot where he was shot but you could go see The Dakota, where John and Yoko lived. Yoko still lives there. The Dakota is right by Strawberry Fields.
