Has anyone heard the previews for the Revolver tribute concert on the Howard Stern show? He's doing all these musical specials these days.
Anyway, I heard a few songs and quite frankly they are all sub-par. Revolver was a masterpiece and hearing others musicians "takes" on these songs is almost cringe-worthy. Not that they are bad musicians, Cheap Trick for example, but I just felt it was a poor choice of albums. White Album or Get Back might've been better.
Anyone hear it? Thoughts?
