I think Baby's in Black is on the Real Love CD single though.
Baby In Black version was recorded at the Hollywood Bowl. As well. It is on the Real Love cd single.
the Fabs overdubbed the Shea vocals a few days after the show
Still, I'd like to hear the original Shea-recordings.
I don't think you'd be able to hear much of their performance - just imagine how much noise there was in that stadium!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!
Mmm, I know. I'd like to hear the screaming then...
So would the bootleg albums I have contain the over dubbed vocal or what was recorded at the concert?
about 'Act Naturally'-Bramwell said that was the toughest one of all.
Really? I thought that was so glaringly obvious! The soundtrack even stalls to so it keeps in synch with the visuals! Thanks for the compliment though
You're welcome, but he meant it was the toughest one to dub.
Just to clarify what is meant by lip-synching in this thread - The Beatles did not perform to a pre-recorded backing/vocal track at Shea Stadium. What they actually did was, after hearing the very poor audio track of their performance, re-record their set in the studio to closely match the Shea footage for broadcast on TV.
