I didn't know there was a DVD of that! I went to one of his gigs at the Arena and he started playing the opening bars to a song on an acoustic guitar, but stopped after a few seconds and shouted "It's no good, it sounds sh*t without Mick"! And with that, Mick Jagger comes bounding on stage! The roof nearly came off the place!!! They then played "No Expectations" together. Truly awesom!

Anyway, it's not that gig, is it???! Please tell me it is!! :)

LOL.... Nice stuff, wish I was there....I've got on vhs tape...Possibly recorded off TV. I think it was during his Are You Gonna Go My Way tour. He was peaking then as far as I'm concerned. The hair on the whole band was amazing and the funkiest wah wah trouser flare action I have ever seen. lol

The two guys in the brass section were great...Oh and George (Not 'our George') Gets out and plays his organ.....Just a great gig...Full of musicianship and entertainment value.

Paul McCartney Live at the Cavern Club

Was that recorded at the (new) old Cavern or that club across the street from it?
