Paul's jacket
« on: March 21, 2011, 09:03:28 AM »

Hiya, well it all started back in 1973/4 when i was 16.
my best mates dad was the manager of a dry cleaners shop in st John wood, Paul lived round the corner in cavendish avenue, Paul often took his cleaning items in.
After he returned from a long tour he never ever collected his flowery silk waist coat, hence i acquired it, don't tell paul.

i was very pleased to have it as i am the biggest Beatle fan in the world.i was living at home with mum&dad back then and i had it hanging up in one of those under the stairs closets which was very junky.

I went to Spain with the lads for a few weeks and on my return i asked mum where my jacket was, she said i had a clear out of all the junk in the closet, bagged it all up and chucked it out for the dustman.

bye bye jacket.
and almost bye bye mum.
