...that writing songs about octopii makes the world go 'round! I shall defend Ringo's honour...

Heh...well, in seriousness...I shall have to think about how to phrase it. All you need is love?

Good one! (thumbsup)

they taught us the mystery of meteorology: "when it starts to rain, everything's the same", and "when it rains and shines, it's just a state of mind".

They taught me about the male anatomy. Well, John did anyway. He was the first naked guy I saw. I think I was about eight or nine and I remember the exact moment! I was in the mall looking through a Bealtes book and there it was! I was like: huh? So that's what it looks like! I still have that book to this day. No kidding.

Well, it's true! I'm sure I'm not the only one either. The Beatles always have a good amount a little kid fans and that picture always manages to resurface somewhere! I won't let my students Google John Lennon because of that! Although it's just a picture of the human body and we really shouldn't be so uptight about it. Even if Yoko is standing next to him.

They taught me misspelling- H is for hurry, E is for urgent, L is for love, and P is for please help me.

L is for love me. And I thought when he said P he said won't you please, please, help me! A play on Love Me Do and Help?

Sorry, I've only seen the movie about a hundred times. I shouldn't even care about this minutia. But I do!

They helped me to learn English, and taught me what a rock group should be.  They set the stage for the others that came behind....
