Another sad loss.  Her revival in the early 80s was particularly big in Australia as she starred in the third Mad Max film and she was used a lot in promotion of our rugby league competition.

I seem to recall her being referred to as a rock and roll grandma when she was only in her early forties.

I was never really a fan of Tina's songs (but I did love River Deep Mountain High) ....but I appreciate her talent and how important she was to many many people and the music world as a whole.
