Please post examples that have impressed you.

* Kev, note that this fellow included John Lennon's vocal at the beginning of Mr. Moonlight.    ;D

John's vocals are superb the whole song through.

I agree , very impressive vocals on Mr Moonlight. For me though it doesn't sound like a Beatle song.

on my recent flight to go skiing I watched McCartney 3-2-1 on the plane (slept a bit through it, just tired) - there was a part where Rick Rubin put on a song, I forget which, and there was a very high harmony, it was in the 3rd part I think, and he isolated it on the board he was using and they cringed and amazed at how high they all were going

ok, what's weird is my mac doesn't show the youtube , only the link to it and quite a bit of extra text that doesn't allow me to click on it even, I have to select a part of it, paste it into another browser window to see each one.  Hence, I don't always do it - sorry about that

Yeah, macs aren't any good.  Working them is easy as pushing crap uphill with a toothpick.

i was very anti-mac until I began using one for everyday personal stuff, just browsing, video editing , photography editing.  I work on a pc, play on a mac.  very few things I gripe about now on a mac, just happened to hit upon one.

I had horrible experiences on both Macs (and IBM 386s) when I first started using computers. Even now the sight of a Mac gives me chills. It's too long and boring a story to share, but . . . ugh.

But someone did tell me once that Macs are not susceptible to viruses or malware etc. Not sure whether that's actually true.

And in regard to your original post, Barry, this probably isn't what you're looking for, but I've always been impressed by George's vocals on "Do You Want to Know a Secret." Seems like he can barely hit those high notes, but hit them he does. (Well, to my non-musician ear, at least. Always have to add that qualifier.)

I have that problem in my iPhone and iPad. My iMac computer shows it ok though.

It’s weird and only a recent problem.

He got a few falsetto notes in for sure on Do You Want To Know A Secret, Kathy.  As he got older, his voice matured and he went from baritone to tenor.  His vocal range was two octaves or so, G2 - C#5.  He sang at the high end of his range on Far East Man...

I think Ringo stretched his voice as far as it would go on the final note of this one.
