If Disney ever got rights to do something in a park, they wouldn't do a single ride, hell Aerosmith got a single ride (great ride btw), the Beatles would get their own park and would equal the fandom of the Star Wars park and be way beyond Harry Potter at Universal. A lot of movies are being pushed due to covid (ex. The Black Widow urgh). No sense in releasing them to empty theaters.

According to The New York Post: It has been a long and winding road, but the long-awaited Peter Jackson-directed documentary “The Beatles: Get Back” will debut over the span of three days — November 25, 26 and 27 — on Disney+

Very disappointed in hearing this. Was really looking foward to seeing it in the cinema in August. I don’t watch television or anything that streams so looks like I’ll miss out

I have Disney + but that is disappointing. I’d prefer to watch it on the big screen. Hopefully it’ll get some limited distribution through cinemas at some point.

To be fair I’d struggle to sit through six hours, even of the Beatles, at a cinema. So treating it like a mini series won’t be too bad. Maybe it’ll get some sort of theatrical cut at some point.

Agreed on both counts. Would be fantastic to see this on the big screen, but 6 hours. . .

I don't have Disney+ at present but will subscribe temporarily just to see this.
