Orchestra tackles ‘Sgt. Pepper,’ ‘Abbey Road’ in full

Orchestra Kentucky will have more sounds than usual during its new concert, “Sgt. Pepper on Abbey Road.”“It’s the first time we’re attempting to create two complete albums in concert,” said Jeff Reed, the orchestra’s music director and conductor. “The Beatles concert is what started us on the Retro Series. The Beatles are near and dear to our hearts. We wanted to do another concert, but not the same things we’ve already done.”
