How many times did John perform Imagine live?

So, how many times live - on TV or in concert?

In 72' John and Elephants Memory did Imagine on the Mike Douglas Show. He also performed it with Yucko and Elephants Memory on the Jerry Lewis Telethon the same year.

Besides these two,,,,i'm not sure if he did anymore.
