His early Beatles vocals are too underrated. "Act Naturally" really does it for me. Possibly the best off-key singing ever!

I have to agree that "Boys" is what I consider Ringo's best vocal. It's strong, and in places it sounds genuinely great! Very entertaining. I love their version of this song.
