we just got ours yesterday, now I need to save my pennies for a Beatles Rock Band pack :)  (other than that we have a PS2, and some old school Nintendo GameBoys kicking around)

Through Patti cause she's my great grandma's daughter's cousin on my mom's dad's side and since they got married makes me related to him by marriage so yeah

That's impressive. I'm related to Stonewall Jackson by marriage. I think researching family history is fascinating.

My parents immigrated to NZ, had me and died. I didn't even know my grandparents names, let alone met any relatives.
Starting with my mum's cellotaped old birth certificate I've now built a family tree containing over 200 names, one line going back to the 1600's. No one famous yet - a sailor killing americans in 1812, two police inspectors and a 2nd LT in 1918 is the best I've got so far.
It's fun, but can be very frustrating. I've gone off on terrible tangents, only to relaise I'm tracking completely tghe wrong person.

^^Cool! My great-great grandfather was Schuyler Colfax (18th Vice President, Ulysses S. Grant was President at the time)

And I don't think I am related to anyone cool. My last names are so out of the norm that I am related to like, no one. :P (My Mum kept her last name, so I have two.)

I have two last names as well. And I've always wanted to find out who my distant relatives are. But we've never really looked into it, someday I will I'm really interested in that kind of thing. My grandma use to say that her great great grandma taught George Washington to read. Her whole family was made of school teachers, my dad said he saw some papers that proved it, but I don't know. It's strange.  ???

Hm lol!  Two of my great-grandmothers are from Liverpool...  With my luck I wouldn't be related to anyone Beatley, I'd be the offspring from a one night stand with a sailor!
