The answer is obviously The Beatles.  I love the TW, just listened to them yesterday.  But they can't compete with The Beatles.

Darn, no Plastic Ono band,Wings or The All Starr band.
Guess I vote for the Beatles since there's no, love them both option.
Now if it were Oasis against the Beatles  it would be fun, but not a contest, just fun.

I understand that it was George Harrison and Jeff Lynne who created The Travelling Wilburies after their successful album Cloud 9?
And does Jeff Lynne have anything to do with the songs in Cloud 9? Did he help George to write them?

Hi.
Jeff Lynne produced and performed on cloud nine, and  he  co-wrote  That's What It Takes,This Is Love, and When We Was Fab,plus Jeff has wrote his share of awesome songs with  E.L.O.,  they  are  the soundtrack of the 70's.
Armchair Theatre by Jeff solo and Zoom by E.L.O.  are both very much worth checking out too.

Thanks, awc1967! Your reference helped a lot, in fact, it`s beautiful! So George and Jeff called the friends...
In Cloud 9 there are many good songs but i am crazy about the first one: Cloud 9!

This is such a difficult question.

The Beatles are my favorite group. But the Traveling Willburys are a close second, they have great songs. So, even though I really like both groups, I do like The Beatles a litte more.

Your very welcome.
Cloud Nine is one of my favorite Beatle's solo albums, I lived it in 1987 on a daily basis.

The Beatles!!!!!!!!  Although random Wilburys and McCartney songs are the closest that I'll ever get to having my boys at work!
