Ah, ha ha!, Nice! And, yes, we Floridians loved KC and the Sunshine Band. I attended one of his concerts at Disney World back in the '70s and mid-song he accidentally knocked over his keyboard - stand and all - but he never missed a beat vocally. He just kept singing while the stage crew got his keyboard back in place. Ah, those are some good memories.

So that's how that group got its name, huh? I remember their songs having repetitive lyrics. It seemed they went on forever.

Timing of my hospital residency years was fortuitous. I didn't have much free time to listen to the radio and so I missed the disco era.

The only song I remember from those years was this one here when the crappy TV we had in the on call room could only receive one station and I watched an episode of Solid Gold...

Then a couple of years later I got cable TV and got all sorts of channels! I saw ol' Rocky on MTV or VH1 or something and he was still busy with them dancing girls, this time making believe they could play instruments...

Now that was singin' and that was dancin'! Two of them girls done dropped their guns during that song. The audience dancers had to hand them back to them.
