Gathering in New York?

yes, I see pictures every year on that day.

on a side - people gather there all year long.  In last handful of years I have been there twice, both times there were at least 10 and upwards to 20 people hanging around , some with guitars and many singing along to whatever they played.  People would join in , then leave and replaced by another person showing up.  I watched for 10 minutes, saw/heard a couple of songs played and guitarists hand for it all and the group singing along change out without missing a beat.

People gather and sing every October 9th at Strawberry Fields in Central Park...

Look closely, Kev, and you will see that a few of them appear in all three videos.  They are members of the The New York City Beatles Meetup Group.

They do a nice job on October 9th and December 8th every year...
