Britney is only sucessful because of lots of makeup and a team of fantastic pop songwriters.......I can assure you that any songs that Britney cowrote consisted of her only writing a few lyrics, and even then the songs were probably the least memorable from the album.

Okay I admit, her songs are sort of catchy and I can bear some of them but compared to The Beatles, they deffinetely win. Britney Spears will fade away but The Beatles have been going strong for 40+ years!

Britney and the Beatles are two totally different acts.  There is no comparison.  When I saw her first video on Mtv, I thought it was some kind of joke.  Beatles lyrics are brilliant.  Can anyone say that about Brit's lyrics?  I don't think so.  Plus, I don't think she writes any of her own music, does she?  Most of today's music sucks anyway...

The Beatles, Elvis and Frank Sinatra would never need an introduction before going on stage...
