I have downloaded a version of "All My Loving" that I've never heard before.  Not on "the Red" album, which I think is the only place to find the song, but this version I found has the drums doing a little five-tap intro before they go into the song.

Where did you get it from? Do you have the take number etc.?

No, I don't know anything about "take #."  I downloaded it from LimeWire, and it appears to be the real song (not an alternate take, because it sounds exactly the same as what's on the Red album).

I think it was a used on German releases. i have the version as well.

It is the German version. Don't know whether as a single or if it was on the album like that. 5 hi-hat taps at the beginning. It's available on The Alternate With The Beatles (Pear Records).

I wonder how that happened? How does a different mix get out? Officially, that is?

Same thing happened with I'm Looking Through You, which appeared in America with the false start.
