Harmony on "Hello, Goodbye" - George, right?

I've never read it anywhere to know for sure, but it just sounds like George singing "Hello goodbye hello goodbye" during the chorus.  Couldn't be John, could it?

George appears to be singing it in their video. Yes, they're lip-synching, but FWIW. :)
