What`s wrong with the neighbours, Andy? Are they too noisy? Do they disturb you by borrowing salt and what not? What kind of dispute is it?
ever since i moved in my flat they are just so noisy and have no respect for other people. they play very loud music late nights and early mornings, and they have bad arguments at like 3 in the morning. a woman lives there and she brings these strange men back every night which raises a few questions. i think there are strange situations going on too, its the upsatirs so i get it the worse living on the bottom floor. i reported them to the housing company and police on several occasions and i am having some equipment put in my flat next monday to catch them out and the dreadful noise they make every night, my sleeping has been dreadful. i am very strong and i have great people helping me so we will get it sorted. Power to the People!!
