And DON'T anyone say to me anything about comparing Linda and Yoko because we all know that Linda playing in Wings was PAUL'S idea and Linda was very much against it. She only did it because she loved Paul and it was a way for them to be closer. LINDA was the one who was respected for real art! (yes, I consider photography to be a form of art).
Yoko had to get funding from our boys because only a few people took her seriously.

That whole 'influenced the B52's' has been beaten to death. The only reason that there is the comparison is that John heard 'Rock Lobster' and I don't hear anything Yoko-like. She wails a bit. So what? It was a stretch back then and it is now, its still being used to give Yoko any kind of credibility. I'll bet if you ask anyone from the B52s if Yoko was the inspiration, the answer will be 'no', unless they say yes out of respect to John.

I'm kinda afraid of Yoko's stuff. I've tried to listen to her on Double Fantasy and Milk and Honey, but I just can't do it. >_> <_< >_>

So there we were, my friend Spotty and me. And Spotty says, "Gwyn: what does pseudo mean? You know, as in pseudo-intellectual, pseudo-musician, pseudo-activist, and so on."

And I said to my friend Spotty: "Brother, Yoko Ono is pseudo."

And truly, Spotty understood.

Might as well pile it all on: Yoko is mock-pseudo-neo-quasi-faux-ersatz _______.
Or condense it: as in Yoko Fauxno.
