True...wimpy subject matter (MHALL) but the music was great !!...it never made it on to a Wings album (at least States-wise, it didnt)
I downloaded MHALL off the internet a cpl of years ago then burned it to disc (along w/ a rare McCartney "Goodbye" demo) just to have them SOMEWHERE in my Beatles collection  :)

I find most of the songs wimpy on " Wild Life " ,it's not a strong album for me.

songs like Bip Bop, Mumbo & I Am Your Singer are quite wimpy.
They could have been worked better but came out a little dulll. :-/

I don't think Mumbo is wimpy. I'd have to say Warm and Beautiful. Its a great song but its rather wimpy.

I agree except for the title song. I never get tired of hearing it. I always thought "Wild Life" was a song good enough to be on LIB---it's certainly just as good as "I've Got A Feeling". If you strip away the Wings association w/ this one, you can definitely hear a truly reminicient bluesy-macca thing workin' there. The song is underated IMHO.

Mary Had A Little Lamb takes the cake.

What's so wimpy about love songs, anyways? D:
Wimpy=To be cowardly, or timid..? I'm not sure wimpy is really the correct word
