Eight Days a Week remix?
« on: September 17, 2005, 02:11:11 AM »

I found one of my old mix CDs yesterday, and on it was this different-sounding version of EDAW. At the beginning, Paul goes "oooooooh" and and the end he says "doo doo" the whole song sounds sort of digital as well.
Does anyone know the version to which I am referring? I have no idea where it came from, as it it just probably some random song I d/l off the internet!

Yeah - The outtakes ( a mix of 1,2 and 4) feature on Anthology 1 CD.
The Vocal harmony ending is Take 5.
The master version (take 13) started and finished with the famous Guitar part.

I think it's John & Paul on the vocal intro.
and Not sure who does the Doo Doo.
But, it's a great little example of how they tried different approaches.

Oh, thanks. I think I like the original better, but that's interesting.
