Wild Honey Pie: Beach Boys reference?

Now I assume the "honey pie" portion of the title refers to the song of the same name that appears on disc 2 of the White Album. But I always looked curiously as the "wild honey" portion of the title because the Beach Boys' Wild Honey album had been released a year prior. Paul had already referenced the Beach Boys with the Back in the USSR chorus so I was always curious to know if he gave Wild Honey any thought when titling Wild Honey Pie.

Guess I've never really thought about it before. Sounds interesting though... I'll definitely read up on it a bit. :)
