John - Fire ...  well pretty obvious why
George - Earth ... Octie and I wrote a Beatles story where George was rather "earthie"  
Paul - water...  Process of elimination really, but put it this way- you will always feel his presense.
Ringo - Air... he is always there, he is small , hard to see, but very important

This is just for fun, but it's interesting to see that many significant figures in Paul's life were Libras--John Lennon, his wife Linda, and his mother.

The fact that they were all AIR and WATER tells us the following:
AIR - John and Paul - is compatible with AIR (each other), (certainly). That is why the two of them could easily collaborate at first. Two AIR signs meeting give each other full freedom and liberty of action and movement, believing that there should be no restrictions and limitations or at least very few. This combination or merger can create intellectual, emotional and spiritual uplifting or rise. But AIR can become unfresh, stuffy and polluted if there`s no wind of change, as well as under certain conditions it can become a hurricane.
