The irony of George, India, and early Phychedelia?
« on: July 27, 2005, 06:11:35 AM »

Harrison was a mastermind. He has created some of the best Beatles songs of all time and not only that, most if not all of his songs were composed alone. His work based around Indian music is quite trippy in some ways. Couldn't it be seen that these songs were the beginning of phychedelic rock? The irony of this traditional format giving birth to a genre about to be labeled cutting edge is awesome.
