Everyone was asking about turning 50. I can honestly say I worried about it a lot less than turning 40.
That might be a good thing. Or it might be simply resignation.
Fifty really isn't so bad, not even when the AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) descended on me via snailmail two weeks after my birthday. I just laughed and threw it away because I'm
never retiring. And that's good thing.
