That is not true. His band calls him The Boss. Besides that, he figured out the song on the spot and produced a performance that is not bad at all. You probably don't like him because he supports the Democratic Party.

This has been in the news for a day or so, so perhaps everyone has already seen and heard it. Also, it doesn't fit the thread topic of "What Have They Done To My Song Ma" so much as it fits "What Have You Done to a Classic Artist, Ma?" Either way, I find this totally cringe-worthy. Looks like this YouTuber has a whole channel dedicated to this—in my opinion—sacrilege. (Yes, I'm humor-impaired when it comes to this sort of thing.)

Agreed. I found the combination of Johnny Cash and "Barbie Girl" compelling, I guess.    As I've said, I hope the novelty wears off quickly for these people who are creating "songs."
