The reality unfortunately, is that JL is a martyred icon, like JFK, and with that will come book after movie after more books after more movies, Oliver Stone will probably put one together, and it's sad. People will take every angle of the tragedy and put it to some kind of medium. The image of John Lennon is subjective--some think of him as an incredibly witty person, or a tragic person, trapped, brilliant, could do more in 2:24 than most people will in a lifetime--or all of the above. I got a chance to go to New York a few weeks ago, and I always make a pilgrimage to the Dakota, and when you stand across 72nd Street and get the full view of the entrance, and kind of relive what happened that night, it is really an experience beyond adjective. And of course standing next to the gates where my hero thought he was free and ended up falling. Sorry this is so long winded, I just kind of zoned for a minute. To make a long story unbearable--remember John any which way that suits you and not what is shoved down your throat by all of these hackers.
