My dad is so bizarre. On the way home from dinner tonight, an Elvis Costello cover of "You Are Beautiful" came on and my mom said she didn't like it and asked what it was. My dad and I both said Elvis Costello, but I added that it was a Christina Aguilera (no idea how to spell her name) song. My dad then remarks, "Same thing". I'd like to know in what Universe are Elvis Costello and Christina Aguilera the same thing

I was really lucky yesterday night, my car slipped off the road. Luckily I didn't hit anything, if it would've happened a car length further down the road I would've hit a lantern pole.

We had a quiz at work training today, and when the facilitator said it's about the Simpsons I got slightly disappointed because I don't watch them... but it turned out to have pictures of guest characters, which we had to name, and it had Ringo and Paul in it! I was really happy that I could at least help my team out with those two

And the other team actually got Ringo wrong! They wrote it was George! Argh!

I don't usually speak out much at training, but in that instance I did
