People are such petty idiots. Earlier today, me and my friend were shopping, using the self-service machines, and a group of chavs were using the machine opposite us. When you're buying alcohol at those machines, you have to be checked by a member of staff for ID before it lets you buy it, and these lads didn't have any ID. The store attendant went over and told them that they couldn't buy it without ID, and just because the store attendant was Asian and they were white, they tried to turn it into a racial attack, even though the man was perfectly in his rights to deny them alcohol! They were screaming and shouting all over the shop. Pathetic. It's a bottle of booze, for god's sake.
Another thing that annoyed me about total strangers interrupting my night happened a little while ago. Me and the same friend went to the pub for a drink, and the city we're in must have just won some football match or something like that, because there were crowds all over the streets, drunk out of their minds, chanting some kind of sport chant and running about in the middle of the road. Me and my friend didn't even go anywhere near them, so we couldn't have provoked them in any way, but they all came across the road and surrounded us, yelling and jumping in front of us, and then one of them, rather disrespectfully considering he was a massive guy and I'm a pretty small girl, smacked me in the head and pulled the bow out of my hair. I really don't get why people have to be mean to complete strangers who've done nothing to aggravate them whatsoever.
