not everyone's kind of music but richard rodgers teamed first with lorenz hart (blue moon, my funny valentine, lady is a tramp, where or when, bewitched bothered bewildered + more)
and then with oscar hammerstein (you'll never walk alone, getting to know you, some enchanted evening, the sound of music, my favorite things + more)
respect is due  ;yes

Waters Gilmore

Well, first of all it's worth mentioning that in their gold era  1973-1979 (Dark Side - The Wall), Waters was the solo writer of Pink Floyd. So I don't know about that, they were not that good as a writing team. As producers, the Waters-Gilmour and probably Wright too-team were the geniuses behind Floyd in my opinion.
