Hiya,

I bought a STEREO copy of a With The Beatles CD from a seller on eBay last week and was REALLY impressed with the quality - the packaging and sound are superb!

I just wondered if Dmitry could provide any more info on these Bootlegs (I assume they ARE bootlegs!) as they appear to be from Russia!

There's a replica of each Beatles Album and the sleeves are an exact replica of the UK pressings - they even have the flip-backs!!- I want them all!!!


I think this is based on the US pressing


It even has 'the fool' inner!!

Is this black colored CD-Rs?
Have a little info (on russian) and pictures of first CD-Rs released on September 2004: http://www.beatles.ru/news/news.asp?news_id=1355
It seems a company "cd-maximum" released it. Is it so?

Yes, it looks like those are the ones. The CD disks are black as well. I'm definitely going to buy the whole set! Thanks for the info Dmitry

I've got 8 of these so far - so if anyone spots them on eBay please give me a shout cos I'd like to get a full set of both mono and stereo if poss! Ta ;D

They were 6.99 GBP each (about $14 USD).
