anybody seen this movie? I'm watching it right now and although it's a bit graphic to say the least...I find it really interesting and a pretty good movie.

I've seen it. Its raw, gritty and real. No polish or changed bits that make it seem less like a rough time. Mel Gibson does a fine job with this film as he does with all of his films. He hides nothing with his movies and shows the cruelty of the times in which his movies take place. It makes you a bit angry at the ignorance of the Aztecs for killing all those innocent people.

I loved this film , when they paint them blue and lead them through the crowd to be sacrificed i thought that was spellbinding and although there is a lot of gore it's all in context . And for a subtitled film i followed it .
The jungle looks great too

Good movie, but I was hoping to see more Maya cities and temples... Now you mostly see trees...
Last summer I was in the area where the movie was shot (Catemaco, Mexico), and our Mexican tour guide said he found it surprisingly realistic for a Hollywood movie.
