Is John Paul II Dead? A Conspiracy!

I read today that for the first time since he's pope, John Paul II didn't attend the Good Friday ceremonies yesterday but watched it on TV. They televised him watching the ceremonies... but showed him only from behind! Just like Paul McCartney on the inner sleeve of Sgt. Pepper's! Was it the real John Paul II or a substitute? And will the next pope be called John Paul III or John Paul George Ringo I?

i'd reckon he's still alive. if he was, i think the church would have made some propaganda about john paul is holy for dying on the same day jesus sacrificed his life for the people of the earth. just my opinion though...

^ LOL... That's sadly funny. Dunno why but I like the JP II ( Could be the half-Italian in me. lol ). He's been through the wars but it's sad to see him wheeled out on parade like that.

I don't think it's sad. The guy's done more bad than good.

For years he's been telling the (already dangerously overcrowded) world to not use condoms (while millions are dying of AIDS in Africa - many of whom are catholic and do whatever the pope tells them to do), and that homosexuals are sick people that should keep it in the closet (so they'll either have to live a lie and marry someone they're not in love with - or become outcasts in the eyes of the catholics). And above that, he's often falsely accused the Dutch government of all kinds of horrible things (he for instance once compared a Dutch doctor to Mengele because he (legally) ended the life of a terminally ill child that was in constant unbearable pain).

I won't shed a tear if he dies. I'm sure he always just said whatever he believed, but he should've thought about the consequences of his words. He got a lot of people in a lot of trouble.

Yeah I hear what your saying, but I was not getting that deep about it. I just meant generally. I am not a catholic and have ignored much of what he stands for. He reminds me of Rome and my family.....Chill!

It just bothers me that almost everyone thinks of him as a sweet and harmless old man while he, like I said, got a lot of people in a lot of trouble. That's all.

I pulled out my copy of "Vatican Road" and yes, indeed - the Pope is the ONLY one barefoot!



I'd better check "Vatican Mystery Tour" to see if there are any more clues...

When you blow-up two areas of the cover, it is there:



1. The license plate shows "84 IF" - the age that John Paul II would have been...if he had lived.



2. The ghostly image of the pope can be seen in the parked "Pope Mobile"

Pope John Paul II isn't dead yet but I believe he will pass away before the end of this year.
