What does R.O.A.R. mean

I've got an invite to a House Party (pills thrills and bellyaches yehaa). On the invite it says "8pm till 1am R.O.A.R."
None of us can figure out what this means.
Any ideas anyone?
ps I'm gonna dance my bollocks off (haven't been out in a while)

ROAR seems to be the new RSVP--only this time you show up and they decide whether you're fit to come in.  I guess people are afraid to get sued or don't want to get their new sofa puked on.
