My vote goe's to ELO ,i think they released some great singles in their day, Telephone Line , Mr Blue Sky and Livin Thing are all brilliant .

Shocking abscence of the Best singles band of the 90's - BLUR also The Jam is a good shout aswell

i would go with ELO as well, amazing run of singles, they just knew what was right to put out.
so many classics like Evil Woman, Mr Blue SKy, Livin Thing, Don't Bring me Down...  :)

ABBA gets my vote. Almost every single one of their singles is amazing. I love the Beach Boys too but they were stronger as a band once they focused more on albums rather than single.
