As this is only my opinions...
I feel John's was the most versatile. He could have this voice that sounded just so sweet it could melt you on the spot, but still he could shout and sound all down'n'dirty as well.
Paul was best at the very pleasing sound - but still had the greatest command of his voice as well. Just listening to how he uses his voice in
Golden slumbers gives me goosbumps (the good kind), and when he goes into falsetto, I grin. To me it sounds like there was a bit of competition between John and Paul voice-vise, like
Twist and shout where John indesputably gives a great voice-performance, but isn't is still Paul that screams the loudest?
George got this very bare voice, that always makes me feel he really, really
means whatever he's singing. It isn't the calculated sound Paul uses.
Still, it's a question we'll never ever get the whole world to agree to one single answer.
