My local Virgin (or Zavvi as they're now called) is closing down and all books are half price. I got Tony Barrow's book (John, Paul, George, Ringo and Me) and Outrageous and Off The Record (various quotes and press conferences etc) by Keith Badman.

Separately, I also bought The Beatles Diary vols 1 and 2 by Miles and Badman, and a Stella McCartney Red Nose Day t-shirt. It's been a good month!

I have way too much reading to do for school, but I'm so sick of it all that I'm switching gears, so I just ordered The Beatles by Hunter Davies.  My brain is beyond bored to death and I need something more stimulating to read!! :(

Are these flaws documented anywhere? I recently bought that along with the second volume (by Keith Badman). There's a lot in there but I did wonder about the accuracy of some of it. I noticed that Miles mentions the US version of I Want To Hold Your Hand being released on two different days, which wasn't so good.

My sister bought me a Sgt. Pepper's shirt. I guess she isn't as evil as I thought.

I don't think you can see it very well, but it's a 3/4 sleeve shirt with black sleeves and a white/cream torso.
