I've started rewatching some of the old Twilight Zone series. What sticks out is how well written some of them, and Rod's narrations, were. He was an unusually talented scriptwriter.

He was indeed. His vocabulary was nothing short of awesome. Who else could work the word Götterdämmerung into a narrative?
