You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)

I only heard this song recently for the first time and think it's fantastic, was wondering if anyone has any details on it... what it's about, etc? It's a very different Beatles track I reckon, it seems to be a medley-mash type of thing, lots of different parts, I really like it...

(Especially the weird bit at 2.20, who the hell is that speaking?)

Seriously? It sounds like some Londoner with a cold... it sort of reminds me of Monty Python for some reason :D
