On this special called Doomed to Die?: 13 Hollywood Curses, John Lennon was at 9 and they were saying all of these things about how John's lucky number 9 is really his unlucky number.

Did anyone catch the Lennon in heaven on The Simpsons tonight? Didn't think they'd ever have the nerve to do something like that. It was okay though. At one point he was riding a Yellow Submarine shouting, "All we are saying is, let's eat some brains!" Or something like that. Is he a ghost or a zombie. Come on. Anyway, the only reason I'm not totally annoyed by it is the fact that he was joining other dead celebrities in their plan to take revenge on the humans who have exploited their dead image. And we know who John was planning on going after now don't we?  :P

^  Wow.  I haven't kept up with the newer episodes of the Simpsons, but that sounds like it could have been entertaining!

They were showing the trailer for a movie called Ghost Town (or something like that) at the cinema today, and throughout the whole trailer they played I'm Looking Through You! Yay! ;D

Yeah! And it's the actual Beatles' version! How'd they do that?

Whoopi's wearing a "All you need is love" shirt on the View today (with awful teal coloured things that kinda look like Crocs but aren't)

From the BBC election coverage:

Quote
Grant Park (in Chicago) is an extraordinary place this evening - a blazing bowl of light edged with towering skyscrapers. The lights in the window of one building facing the stage about a mile across the darkness of the park are spelling out the letters "USA". News of significant Obama advances, like the network projections he will take Pennsylvania are greeted with an earthquake of noise that would have frightened the Beatles offstage.

Very cool. I love when Yoko shows up and sings for them.

George: She is awful!
Paul: She's terrible!
Ringo: She can't sing
John: I love her!

....and then they break up.

Funny.

"Pinky, I believe the contemporary counterculture has infested the petri dish of your mind."

Brain must be related to Stewie Griffin. Great find.  ;D

Speaking of Stewie, in one of the episodes he introduced John and Yoko.

I think they've done every Beatle except for Paul and Ringo.

I think Seth MacFarlen's a Paul fan!  LOL, just my theory.

That Pinky and the Brain was AMAZING!!  I have to show it to my sister and my dad (I think they've seen almost every episode of it, my dad's a kid at heart!)
