Well now, at first I thought you would include me as one of those with a definite anti-Paul bias ... but then I thought that since I have praised Macca's work with the Beatles many times, you couldn't possibly have me in mind.

*****The instances of your "praise" for Paul are far and few between the harsh critiques.  As you know.  Yes, you WERE the "unnamed" one.  You outed yourself.  Ah well.

However, I have to say that you come across as a pompous twit sometimes, Herr Chuck.

*****I'm sure I do.  And you come across like someone who just wants to start trouble.  Guess we all have our little perceptions.

An intelligent man would understand that we all have our biases, preferences, likes and dislikes. A perceptive fellow would appreciate the shades of grays in many opinions. To bleat about "hard to trust" and "can't see straight" is to invite people to dismiss your own views out of hand.

******While it's true we all have our 'filters', my point is someone who has no particular axe to grind against one or more of the specific members is going to have a more balanced view of whatever the subject at hand may be.  This isn't brain surgery, Maria.  If you hate Paul then your comments will reflect that, no matter what the situation.  Joe's take on Paul was mild compared to yours.

By the way, you know that thread on RMB where folk talk about whether the Beatles would have reformed if Lennon had lived? You posted a couple of times in that thread ... but I was sure surprised you didn't mention your theory that Lennon had "signed a contract" to play with the Beatles/to reform. Although you were adamant about that theory on these boards, you never came up with any actual checakble evidence. I thought you may have done so, however, on that thread on RMB. I'm wondering if you have quietly dropped that theory from your repertoire!
*****It was never a 'theory', again, as you know.  Trying to stir some sh*t,. Maria?  Ain't gonna work.

The FACT is that John signed a contract in 1980 to do a reunion concert with the rest of the guys for the Anthology project.  I don't have to prove it to your satisfaction.  You just go on believing what you want (you would anyway).

You think your little dig is supposed to bother me?  Hell, I know the truth and your barbs have no effect.

As my eyes beamed across such hilarity, I realised what a complete fool you really are.
I really cant be bothered to waste any energy on you, as I know I (and everyone else) could easily out-smart you.

(1) You can make points by being subtle, you know. It's a very lever thing to do ... sorry, clever.

(2) Let's see: anal b i t c h! "Butt". You're fixated on bottoms, Cummy. Can I guess why?
Yes but your pretty dumb so I want to be clear.  Way to make fun of my spelling that makes you look good!!.   And I'm not the one reffering to someone as "cummy" which is just weird.

As PC said,,,,lets move on (I feel as though i'm the cause of this crap due to my little feud with Joe, but it had to be done). And again, to pc's reference, remember that we can always whip the horses eyes (does anybody have a clue as to what we're talking about?).

'The Rain, The Park, and Other Things' - The Cowsills. Nice call. One of my favorites.

I just had to pop in to respond to this. Good work, Maria -- I've also said that even though John's my favorite, I feel Paul is "the greatest songwriter of the 20th Century", even OVER Lennon!
