Haha, that's a good one!! It does sound really similar, come to think of that...

Not really a Beatles mishearing per se, but on Ringo's Beaucoups of Blues the chorus starts with "oh sweet magnolia", but I used to hear "oh sweet black nova" (bigeyes1) I thought, hm, very astronomical

And on George's Art of Dying, when he sings "there's nothing Sister Mary [can do]" I used to hear "there's nothing systematic"
