Here is an Isolated instrumental I Want To Hold Your Hand recorded in October 1963,The Beatles sound like very good musicians that they were and playing 8 hours a night from 1960-1962,and as John Lennon said every song was 20 minutes long and had 20 minute solos in them, and they had to take speed pills to stay awake to do it.

Then they played at The Liverpool Cavern Club live successfully for years. And by the time they recorded their first album played live in only one day, they had 1000's of live playing experience.

As this reviewer S Riaz in their great review of the book, I Want To Tell You-The Definitive Guide To The Music Of The Beatles Volume 1 1962/1963 by musician Anthony Robustelli explains Once the basic information is out of the way, there is backround about who wrote it,where and when it was released, plus a lot of detailed information and analysis of the music itself. For lovers of music there is endless discussion about chord progressions, instruments, influences and the eclectic musical tastes, sophistication and complexity which The Beatles showed right from the start of their recording career.

The Beatles even in their early days were writing and playing on records as well in concerts, both love ballads, and great rocking rock n roll and pop rock songs that they both wrote and cover songs including their great rocking performances in Sweden where the audience was quiet during their performances. Here is their great rocking performance of Paul’s I Saw Her Standing There in Sweden in 1963 Live on Drop-In TV Show, Stockholm, Sweden. October 30, 1963.

Live on Drop-In TV Show, Stockholm, Sweden. October 30, 1963. They were the greatest *rock* band ever and  I  have always loved this great blues rocker by Paul, recorded in the studio October 1964,She’s A Woman they performed in 1965 .

The All Music Guide also called this a hard rocking song. Beatles ‘65 - The Beatles Songs, Reviews, Credits

AllMusic Except live there isn’t the piano, blending with the great rocking guitars,Paul’s great prominent booming bass, and his greatrock vocal. And once again it’s amazing how good they sound on such limited, primitive sound systems of the time and with no feedback monitors so they couldn’t even hear themselves singing and playing, yet they still played and sang great and in sync with each other anyway The Beatles HD - She is A Woman (Remastered)

I love this concert because it represents the euphoric apex of their invasion into the United States. The intensity is off the charts. Unfortunately the recording has so much static and white noise screaming that it was really hard to pull much out of it; on the other hand, in spite of that, I have still always enjoyed raucous sound. Here are The Rolling Stones live in 1963 and 1964 they don't sound better or even as good as The Beatles live then. They aren't even rocking that much.

ROLLING STONES - Carol - 1964

ROLLING STONES - Oh Carol. One of the Rolling Stones earliest TV appearances in the US... on The Mike Douglas Show. "Oh Carol" appears to be live. That song is followed by the Stones lip-syncing "Tell Me." Next is silly banter between the Stones and the host, who then invites onstage a couple of out-of-control girls from the audience. Here are The Beatles also performing Roll Over Beethoven in 1964,and clearly their version is more rocking and better.

As a Rolling Stones fan even said on the Rolling Stones fan site,IORR The Beatles were the better live band until 1966 and he said The Rolling Stones didn't become a great live band until 1969 and he linked a 1967 Rolling Stones concert and he said it was bad.

Here are pictures of the very early Rolling Stones in 1963 wearing matching suits and ties just like The early Beatles did with their fake cleaned up image their manager created for them in their early days.

Very simply, musicologically and ethnically, The Beatles were essentially empirical melangists of a rhythmically radical yet verbally passé and temporarily transcended lyrical content, welded with historically innovative melodical material transposed and transmogrified by the angst of the Liverpool ethnic experience, which elevated them from essentially alpha exponents of, in essence, merely beta potential harmonic material, into the prime cultural exponents of Aeolian cadenzic cosmic stanza form.
