Who is this guy sitting between the Beatles around 1964?

I'm pretty sure that guy is Johnny Chester, a support act on the Aussie  tour in 1964. The programme on his lap is exactly the same as one that people in my hometown gave me when I was a kid. They saw the boys live in Melbourne and years later gave it to me when I became a Beatle nut.

Unfortunately the programme went missing...

What are the Beatles being awarded for with these trophies in 1965? Where was this and who is presenting it to them?

On May 1st, 1966, The Beatles perform their last British concert at the New Musical Express Annual Poll Winner All-Star Concert.  American actor Clint Waker presents the awards.

I think he must have worked for this guy, Nudie Cohn:

Nudie Cohn (December 15, 1902 – May 9, 1984) was a Russian-born American tailor who designed decorative rhinestone-covered suits, known popularly as "Nudie Suits", and other elaborate outfits for some of the most famous celebrities of his era.

At any rate, the two pictures were taken the same day. I just happened upon this.  :)

Anyone know who these two people with The Beatles are? What about that lady behind George? (Just kidding!)

I think:
big smile is from Billy J Kramer without his Dakotas
reclining lady is Susan Maughan -  I think she wanted to be (boom boom) Bobby's Girl

Am I right????!!!
